Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements from Mosae Skateboards.
1.2 By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Offers and Agreements
2.1 All offers from Mosae Skateboards are without obligation.
2.2 An agreement is concluded after acceptance of your order by Mosae Skateboards.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 The prices stated include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods indicated on the website.
3.3 In the event of payment default, Mosae Skateboards is entitled to terminate the agreement and take back the delivered goods.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
4.2 Shipping is provided by POSTNL, with shipping costs of €7 per order within the Netherlands.
4.3 Mosae Skateboards is not liable for delays in the delivery service.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
5.1 A 14-day returns policy applies to online purchases. You have 14 days after receiving your item to return your order.
5.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
5.3 Additional costs incurred by customs are borne by the buyer.
5.4 Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a refund approval notification. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
6. Warranty and Complaints
6.1 Mosae Skateboards guarantees that the delivered products meet the usual requirements and standards that can be imposed on them.
6.2 Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to Mosae Skateboards within a reasonable time.
7. Liability
7.1 Mosae Skateboards is not liable for damage caused by the use of the products.
7.2 Mosae Skateboards' liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product.
8.Privacy
8.1 Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be provided to third parties, except to the extent necessary for the execution of the agreement.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
9.1 All legal relationships to which Mosae Skateboards is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Maastricht district.
