At Mosae Skateboards we have a 14 day return policy for online purchases. This means that you have the option to return your order 14 days after receiving your item. If you are unable to return the items within this period, please contact us by email before the 14 days expire.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Any additional customs charges may apply. These costs vary per country of delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. Mosae Skateboards is not responsible for these additional costs.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
